The Base Ballyfermot Youth Centre and Childcare Facility was established to work with the most disadvantaged children and young people living in Ballyfermot. The Base was developed under the URBAN II programme in Ballyfermot as a flagship project, supported by the Ballyfermot Drugs Task Force, the Young People’s Facilities and Services Fund, Dublin City Council and the HSE.
