Base Community Employment

Community Employment provides eligible unemployed people and disadvantaged persons with an opportunity to engage in useful work within their communities on a temporary basis.

It helps long-term unemployed people to re-enter the active workforce by a return to a work routine and to assist them to enhance/develop both their technical and personal skills. A profile of each individuals learning needs is identified and skills training in relation to project skills training and progression training is identified and implemented as appropriate.

Base Board of Directors is the sponsor for the Base CE Scheme.
