Jungle Room

From the age of two years your child will be demonstrating great independence and will have an awareness of their 'own space'. One of their favorite words is 'mine'.

In this room like in all other rooms in the facility your child’s social, physical, and cognitive; language and self-help skills are being developed further and the staff will facilitate every opportunity for the child to learn and play during this curious stage of their lives.

Everything from art and crafts, music, drama and tactile activities are on the curriculum here to develop their senses, confidence and also their concentration. There is a strong emphasis on nutrition and exercise especially, where the children have endless amounts of energy, Using themes, curriculum and appropriate room programs we expose the child to continuity and structure in the day. The equipment in their rooms is age appropriate and allows the child to participate with Books, Creative Corners, Sand and Water, Games, Dress Up, Home Corner and much more.
